Convert Standard Account to a "School Account"

As a organization (e.g. School, Esports Training Center...), you will need an "Organization Account" in order to manage your members. If you created a Standard Account and no one else created an "Organization Account" for your organization, you can convert your Standard Account into an Organization Account in a few clicks.

Step 1: Ensure that no one else has created an Organization already

This step is important. If you are in an Organization where you have multiple manager/coaches, make sure that no other staff has already created an "Organization Account". If they already did, you can ask them to invite you to their organization instead of creating a new one.

Step 2: Convert your account

• In the sidebar, click on School / New School:

• It will redirect you to a page with a form that you can fill to convert your account to a "school account":

• Once you filled this out, your account will be converted and you should have access to all the standard organization functionalities.
