Invite a staff member within your existing organization account

As a organization (e.g. School, Esports Training Center...), you may have multiple staff members managing/coaching within your organization. You can achieve this by inviting these staff members to "Join your organization" in a few clicks.

Step 1: Organization Manager invite a new staff member as a Manager or Coach

Who: This step is executed by the Organization Manager who wishes to invite the new staff member

• In the Sidebar, click "Invite Staff":

• On the page, you will see the list of pending invitations that you have sent:

• If you haven't sent an invitation yet, click on "Send new invitation" and fill the form:

Note: If you don't see the "Invite Staff" menu in your Sidebar, this means that you currently don't have an "Organization Account". You will need to convert your account to an "Organization Account" and then will be able to invite staff members.

Step 2: Staff Member Accept The Invitation

Who: This step is executed by the Staff Member who wishes to join the existing organization

There are two options for this step:

• If the Staff Member never signed-up to Valor, choose Option 1
• If the Staff Member signed-up to Valor as an "Individual User", choose Option 2
• If the Staff Member signed-up to Valor and created a new organization by mistake, have them reach out using our support website: https://support.valoresports.com

Option 1: Staff Member does not have a Valor Esports Account yet

• Click on the link within the email received or go to https://app.valoresports.com/auth/sign-up

• Follow the sign-up interactive tool by choosing: "Teacher" & "I have an invite"
  • If Clever and Valor Connection is setup for you and your district, you may use the "Register with Clever" option.

• Continue the sign-up process and after completing it, you will be redirected to a page where you can see all your invitations:

• Accept the invitation to join the Organization

Option 2: Staff Member already signed-up for Valor Esports with an "individual account"

• In the Sidebar, click on the Schools / Join Existing School Menu

• You will land on a page where you can see all your invitations:

• Accept the invitation to join the Organization

Note: If you don't see the "Schools" menu in your Sidebar, it's very likely that you created an Organization Account by mistake. Reach out using our support website: https://support.valoresports.com , so we can help you correct that.
